What kind of training is available?
Smallbiz offers a combination of phone / internet training. Changes in technology, fast internet connections and advancements in software means that we no longer need to offer expensive onsite training & have replaced this service with a more comprehensive and cost effective training schedule.
How much training do I need?
This depends on your situation, have you used Smallbiz before? Have you used a computer before? Just how well do you want your software to perform? From experience we know that everyone learns at different speeds and has different expectations of what they want to get out of their software. From our experience we have learnt that approx 5 hours of training is sufficient to have most areas of Smallbiz setup and running. If you want to delve further into the nitty gritty’s of Smallbiz and really get the most out of your software then additional training can be purchased at any time. If you have previously used Smallbiz then we won’t waste training time on areas you already know, we can dive straight into more advanced areas. Our point is we can tailor a training schedule to meet your needs.
What happens when I’ve got a problem?
The Smallbiz advantage club is your very own support service. If you have a problem you can call our 1300 130 294 phone support line & our experienced team will be able to help you with any questions or problems you may have. It gives peace of mind knowing assistance is on hand at the end of the telephone.
Advantage Club members are also entitled to updates to the program and new versions. This means every few weeks when new features are made available you can download and instantly be able to use up to date software with all the latest changes.

How much does your Advantage Club cost?
This is determined by how you purchase Smallbiz. Our outright packages include 6 months complimentary advantage club membership to get you up and running, after your 6 months are complete, membership costs as little as $53.00 per month for your first year. Each year your membership fee will decrease by 10% to a minimum of $26.50 per month.
If you rent Smallbiz or use our cloud version support is included in the monthly cost.
Do I have to join the Advantage Club?
No you don’t! It is your choice. If you decide you feel comfortable in using your software and do not want to take advantage of latest additions and upgrades to the program then you do not need to rejoin the advantage club.
Why are your support costs less than half of some other systems?
Our software is very uncomplicated and easy to use; therefore our support requirements are less than other systems. We also have built in features that dramatically reduce the time to source problems. Built in features allows you to send your database to us and remote log in allows us to see your computer through your eyes to help troubleshoot.
How do I get the latest version of the program?
It is simple and easy! All you need is an internet connection and Smallbiz open on your computer. Select get the latest program from Smallbiz and Smallbiz does the rest.
