SMALLBIZ SALON APP – LOOKING FOR TESTING SITES

Smallbiz has been developing an app that will allow customers to fill out personal information on a device such as tablet that will then be stored directly live into your Smallbiz database.

We are currently looking for salons to help us test this app in a live salon environment. If you are interested in becoming a test location and feel that having customers complete a new client card on a device within the salon then please call 1300 130 294.

Please note the app is currently being tested on Android devices only.

NEW! – CUSTOMER AVERAGE BOOKING REPORT

A new report is now available in the latest download of Smallbiz.

The customer average booking report displays over a period of time the average amount of weeks between customer bookings. This report is also linked to individual customer cards and displays on the client card the “Average Booking Period” eg 6 weeks.
